Q: Is ordering in the GreenLifeGods similar to traditional e-commerce store or marketplaces?

A: Yes, GreenLifeGoods store operates on globally known Shopify platform, therefore the ordering system is very similar to traditional online stores. Chose the products, place them in the basket, choose the transportation option, payment option, and finish the process by pressing Order. We immediately receive information about your order and start to fulfill it.

 

Q: What are the accepted payment methods in GreenLifeStore?

A: All major payment card types are accepted as well as several payment platforms like PayPal and Klarna. The payment system is managed by the built-in Shopify system.

 

Q: Does you store have stock, or are goods ordered from vendors when a customer places an order?

A: Very good question. Contrary to many online stores, for most of the goods we have stock, thus lead times are short. However, stock volumes fluctuate due to logistics, seasonality, and demand levels therefore some deviations in lead time consistency are possible.

 

Q: Do you run any discount or coupon campaigns?

A: Yes, to support our customers and make the store attractive to new and regular buyers, we intend to run different campaigns by providing discount codes. Therefore, please register your contact information via the designated tab on the front page.

 

Q: How fast do you confirm the order?

A: Order confirmation is sent shortly after you place the order. Order fulfillment information will be sent as soon as delivery details are confirmed.

 

Q: Would the order be trackable during the transportation?

A: Yes, tracking information will be provided along with the estimated delivery time.

 

Q: How are the purchased goods shipped?

A: We use Swedish PostNord services with different grades and levels of transportation options. For example, a Moth Trap 6-pack package weighing 140g would be sent as a Valued Letter directly to the receiver’s postbox. When ordering more than 3 packages, you would receive it as a parcel.

Q: What is estimated delivery time?

A: Delivery time varies depending on the delivery destination. Goods in stock are dispatched within 2-3 days. Locally in Sweden, a Varubrev package usually takes 2-3 working days. For international customers, delivery varies between 3-7 working days depending on the destination country.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we do not have any geographical restrictions as long as it complies with national and regional trade policies and restrictions.

 

Q: Do you offer returning rights?

A: Yes, we accept the full return of goods. However, please be careful when opening the packaging. To be accepted as a return, purchased goods must be in original packaging without any damages. If one sold product includes several items, e.g., Moth Trap 6-pack or similar, packaging of induvial items must be without any damage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in new condition.

 

Q: How do I initiate a return or exchange?

A: Please send us an email at support(at)greenlifegoods.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will send you instructions for returns or send a replacement.

 

Q: How is the refund process organized?

A: After we receive the returned goods, confirm their condition, and accept the return, you will receive a refund within 5 working days.

 

Q: What if the goods I receive are damaged or defective?

A: Please contact us immediately via email at support(at)greenlifegoods.com, sending pictures and a short description. If goods are damaged during transportation, we will send a replacement immediately.

 

Q: How do the products you choose for the store comply with the Green Life concept?

A: We live in a society with increasing awareness about the environment and its impact on the quality of our everyday life. Small, good things add up and help for the greater good directly or indirectly.  It might start with very simple things, like maintaining a moth-free home. Unfortunately, you cannot reuse or fix your cashmere or wool clothing once moths damage occurs. This leads to the necessity of buying new ones, with respective costs and recycling needs. We are not even talking about the disappointment of having your favorite clothing damaged.  This was just one example.

Q: Why do we need Moth Monitoring Traps in our homes?

A: There are two types of moths that can cause damage in households – food moths, often referred to as pantry moths, and clothing moths. You can find detailed information about these products in the product descriptions.

In short, maintaining an insect-free household is essential for sustainability. Clothing moths can damage fabrics, carpets and clothes, while food moths can spoil stored food. Utilizing simple and environmentally friendly moth monitors allows you to identify moth presence in your home and take appropriate measures to eliminate the infestation. 

It's important to note that while glue traps are commonly promoted as a solution, they are only a part of the initial process, primarily for detecting adult moths. For further details, please refer to the Pest Control product series.

 

Q: Do I get all the instructions and sizing information?

A: Yes, technical parameters are published in the product datasheet in the product catalogue.

Q: How environmentally friendly are the products or materials used in the production of products sold by your store?

A: Product descriptions and information on the packaging include information about the level or grade of recycled materials used as well as other details related to recycling, re-usage or material specifics. Conceptually, we aim to provide products with a neutral or positive environmental footprint.

A: To create an account on our Shopify store, simply click on the 'Sign Up' or 'Create Account' button located on the homepage. Follow the prompts to enter your email address, password, and other required information. Once your account is created, you can manage it by logging in with your credentials.
